MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION (MOA)
UNDER RULE 4-(A) OF DINDH TRUST RULE -2020 Name Of Trust: All Pakistan Hindu Punchayet Trust.
Head office Address of the Trust: Flat No 02, Second Floor, Plot No C-50/2, Street No 04, Punjab Gobol Colony Clifton Karachi.
AIMS AND OBJECTS:
That object of the Trust (hereinafter referred to as the Objects) shall include the following.
1) To take over,adopt,acquired and keep the existing Punchayet as other mention Trusts,assets,properties, set-up,establishment and institution with its allied religious and charitable objects and to convert it into legal entity by getting its registration with government offices under relevant laws prevalent in the country.
2) To protect animals and birds, to feed, maintain and nourish animals and birds in gowshala.
3) To help the poor people of the community, hindus suffer from famine, their food, clothing, lodging, help for poor peoples, widow disabled and orphan and to paid educational fees for the poor and needy students.
4) To utilized income in favour of the DHARAMAOO.
5) To under take charitable and religious activities
To bring prosecute or defend, or aid in bringing prosecuting defending any suit, actions, proceeding,Applications or arbitrations on behalf of the leases, tenants, agents or otherwise as the members thing proper of conductive to the objects of the Puncahyet. 6)
7) To build acquire and manage properties, buildings and houses, and to undertake and to ensure sell improve, manage develop, lease mortgage, dispose off, or otherwise deal with all or any part of the property of the all the trust mention above.
8) to invest advance token, earnest amount received by the punchayet upon such securities of without any security, and at or without interest as may from time to time be determined by the members of the punchayet.
- To take over the other all trust which become ceased or died or dissolved due to death of all trustee ie Pinjra Pur trust Karachi, Baluchistan, Sindh and other provinces of Sindh, preemjee pragjee ghaowshala trust, vado akhara trust Karachi Sindh Baluchistan etc, belong to Hidu Communities in over all Pakistan and others Hindu religious Trusts mention above, in over all Pakistan.

11) To be managed and control all properties belong to the all Mandir Temples, Dharam Shalla, Gowshalla, Shamshan Ghat, other all Hindu religious Properties all over Pakistan, will be
12) To raise money in such other manner as the Punchayet shall think fit and in particular by the creation and issue of lease mortgage, charge upon all or any of the Trust’s property (both present and future).
13) To enter into partnership or into any arrangement for sharing profits, union of interest or co-operation with ay person firm, Trust, association or institution of public body, or administration, carry on or interest in any joint venture of transaction capable of being conductive so as directly or indirectly to benefits this Punchayet.
14) To promote any other punchayets, trusts, of the purpose of acquiring at or any part of property and liability of this punchayet or of advertising directly or indirectly the objects or interest thereof and to take or otherwise acquire and hold interest in any such Puncahyet.
15) To take or otherwise acquired and hold interest in any other Trust having objects altogether or in part similar to those of this trust or carrying on any venture capable of being conductive so as directly or indirectly to benefit this Puncahye.
16) To enter into any arrangements with any Government and any local or other authorities Railway, Municipals or otherwise which may seem conductive to the Trust’s objects or any of them, and to obtain form any such Government, or authorities any powers, rights, licenses, privileges, or concession which the punchayet may think fit and desirable to obtain and to carry out exercise and comply with any such arrangements rights, license, privilege and concessions.
17) To assign, sell, execute and deliver all instruments, deeds documents and writing whatsoever usual necessary or expedient in relation to the punchayet or its affairs or interest whether as grantors, consenters or otherwise and to do the foreign and all such other things as are incidental or conductive to attainment of the above object or any of them in any capacity whether as principles, or trustees or beneficiaries or otherwise.
18) To be appointed, employees, experts, adviser and appoint agents managing agents and constitute attorney in connection to the properties/assets of the Punchayet as well as other Trust mention herein above.
19) To barrow any money for the purpose of the Punchayet from the hindu Community or from any other person,firms, companies,
corporations, Government agencies, institutes or banks multilateral and /or other money in such manner s the Puncahyet shall think fit.
20) To grants fund donations, annuities, pension, allowances, gratuities bounces to any employees of the Punchayet of any dependant therefore or to any charities, religious, social scientific educational, industrial, industrial institution or organization.
21) To amalgamate, consolidate, or merge, either in whole or part with any other Punchayet or entity carrying business of a similar nature that which this Punchayet is authorized to carry on.
22) To do all and every thing necessary, suitable or proper or incidental or conductive to the accomplishment of any of the purpose of the attainment of any of the objects or the furtherance of any of the powers hereinbefore set fortheither alone or in association with other corporate bodies, firms, or individual and to do every other act or thing incidental or appurtenant to or arising out of or connected with the Punchayet or part thereof provided the same be law full.
23) To provide Health Facilities to poor people’s/needy persons and to be established opened Dispensaries, health care Centers, hospitals, maternity homes, etc in deserves areas, for this purpose Punchayet will be take over or vest any property belong to the Hindu Trust fall under clause 9, ie Pinjra Pur trust Karachi, Baluchistan, Sindh and other provinces of Sindh, preemjee pragjee ghaowshala trust, vado akhara trust Karachi Sindh Baluchistan etc, belong to Hidu Communities in over all Pakistan and others Hindu religious Trusts mention above, in over all Pakistan, all properties belong to the all Mandir Temples, Dharam Shalla Gowshalla, Shamshan Ghat, other all Hindu religious Properties all over Pakistan
24) To provide education to poor/needy areas and to look after the orphans in this regard to be open schools and orphans.
25) To provide house to shelter less peoples, shelter houses and to be established low cost housing schemes.
26) To provide utilities to needy peoples, communities, societies etc.
27) To receive donation in shape of Electronies Items/Instruments, Medical equipments/instruments, information technology equipments/instruments (computer, laptop/accessories) electrical appliances/equipments, all type of vehicles, new and old cloths from abroad and provide the all above items to deserved peoples.
28) To receive donation/funds in shape of food items and other necessities as well as cash etc. etc.
29) To provide legal aid to innocent persons (man/women/child) who are behind the bar un-authorizały illegally in overall Pakistan as well as out of Pakistan.
30) To provide legal aid to victimized persons from the hands of criminals/ corrupt officials and officers in any governments/ semi governments department
31) To organize sub-offices in major cities of Pakistan.
32) To be installed RO plants in the deserving area in the over all Pakistan and arrange funds for this purpose.
33) To be installed, well, hand pumps in the backward areas in over all Pakistan and treated the poor public equal.
34) To be open any industrial, Hospitals, maternity homes schools, colleges, universities, in which provide all kind of necessary equipment, furniture, stationary, etc with out any cost, and provide service to the poor needy peoples free of cost.
35) To be arranged other kind of business for the arrangement of funds for the charitable purpose.
36) To be arranged religious festival, for Hindu communities on special holy religious day and also to be arranged entertainment programs for the Hindu community.
37) To be arranged medical camps in over the Pakistan free of cost, individual or with the collaboration of any other institute,
38) To do such all other things and acts as are incidental, or conductive to the attainment of all or any of the above objects provide that the Punchayet shall not make any donation or grants to or affiliate with any other institution or fund or trust which is not approved under the law of land.
